I have been a huge fan since I was about 13 yrs old. Not only because of the music, the lyrics, the voice...and the face (which are all absolutely phenomenal), but also for all the admirable work that he does for charities, relief efforts & the environment.

A week & a day ago my wildest dream came true & I got to go backstage to meet him! We were very rushed as it was just 5 mins before the show (...well, that & my emotions got the better of me), so I didn't get much of a chance to talk to him, but I did get an autograph & a photo taken with him, which I will treasure forever... If I'd had more time & could've said anything to him, I would simply have told him that, on so many different levels, the World is a better place because of him.

Have seen him every time he has toured SA, and will continue to do so if he returns again... I am also possibly going to the UK for a year or two soon & hope to see him in concert over there.
