Along with Gary, Norm is a new member to the band since 2002 but has done a great job. After Dave Taylor left the band in '98, Bryan was playing bass up until '02 so Norm had some big shoes to fill! That hasn't phased him though. When he first started out he was just concentrating onstage to get the job done and learn the songs, but now he has come out of his shell a bit and interacts more with the fans.
