29/05/04 - IDEAL STANDARD SPORTS CLUB, HULL

Review by Steven Stanley:
This was another great night out....surprisingly in Hull again! Me, Andrea, her brother Stephen and Adrian went and it was a great laugh as always. The guys kicked off with 'One Night Love Affair' and all the favourites were played as usual including 'If Ya Wanna Be Bad Ya Gotta Be Good'. At one point in the show someone fell over near the stage and Stuart could hardly sing anymore because it was that funny.

Andrea got onstage to do the 'When You're Gone' showpiece she is famous for (Stuart singled her out and forced her to come onstage hehe but she did a great job) and also Adrian got onstage to play guitar during 'Summer Of '69' and he played really well....he even bust a string and continued playing! As we all know the award for being the most pissed last time back in Sutton was Gary, this time though I think George gets the award. He was completely out of it! We got LOADS of really good pictures this time too which was cool. The crowd took some warming up but by the end of the night it was a stage invasion like most places the band play! Stuart ended the set with an acoustic of 'Everything I Do'....unfortunately he forgot to play 'Inside Out' for us but their's always next time!
