I had a rental car reserved to drive from Halifax to
Sydney (a five hour drive) the morning of this show. When I went to pick up the
car, since I was under 25 years old, they wanted some insane amount deposit for
me take the car. As a result, I suffered through a 6+ hour bus trip to Sydney
for the first show of Cdn tour.
I remember thinking, it's weird that Thought
I'd Died... was in the encore since it killed the momentum coming off of ONLA.
Not knowing the set lists at this time, I guess he simply forgot to play it after
Touch the Hand.
He played it in the right place two nights later in Halifax
so that set list is pretty indicitive of the Canadian tour set list while he was
"Waking up Canada". Setlist:
