15/10/99 - CARDIFF INTERNATIONAL ARENA

Cardiff's International Arena was rocked to it's foundations as Bryan Adams played to a packed audience last nite. It was the second time in less than three months the rock legend has "sold out" after his memorable performance at Cardiff Castle in July. And once again his 6,700 adoring fans were not dissapointed. The audience were on their feet throughout as the pintsized Canadian with the big voice belted out hit after hit including Summer Of '69, Run To You and (Everything I Do) I Do It For You, during a performance lasting more than two hours.

Bryan, wearing all white chatted and joked during the evening and offered one young lady the opportunity to play the part of Mel C for a rendition of When You're Gone - the delighted fan from the Forest Of Dean was given as warm a welcome as could be expected for an English women stealing the limelight! Bryan is currently nearing the end of a tour with his more compact three-man-band and has completed a number of gigs to coincide with the release of his new single The Best Of Me, which he performed during his second encore.

He readily admits he loves the reception his fans give him every time he returns to Cardiff and as a token of his respect he always produces a performance Straight From The Heart!
