28/08/01 - NIDARO HALL, TRONDHEIM Review by Laura Gjøvikli:
Bryan Adams finally came to Norway and I finally got to see him live for the first time in my whole entire life. I'm not sure whether he has been to Norway before or not. Maybe this was the first time??
Me and my two very good friends went together to the gig, and I were sooo excitedJ
When we finally got to pass through the guards, I couldn't hardly wait any longer. It wasn't such a big audience, approximately 5000. The place where the gig took place, Trondheim spectrum (earlier called Nidarøhallen), was newly opened, and Bryan was the first one to do a real concert there!!
He was a little late, so we were waiting for him for about an hour or two, but when he, Keith and Mickey entered the stage, it was really worth the waiting!
They did a show for about two or three hours with three extras. I do not have the set list, can't remember, but it was mainly his most known songs, like "Heaven", "Summer of '69", etc. + "The way You Make Me Feel".
I went home with acing feet, but that was absolutely the bast day of my life!!
Now, it is possible for artists to do gigs in Trondheim at bigger places, like the football stadium, Lerkendal and at "Torget", which is outside. I really hope that Bryan will come back again someday!
