14/03/03 - COLORLINE ARENA, HAMBURG Review

Great, great great rocking gig w/ the newly formed full band
and BA BACK on guitar!! Yeah man!! A standard set w/ treats like "Don't Drop
That Bomb On Me", "This Time" & "Let's Make A Night To
Remember". The whole gig was amazing, and the venue (which opened last November)
sounded fab!! It's also the place where Linkin' Park just played a week before
and acts like Shakira and Red Hot Chili Peppers were next... This was one of the
coolest gigs ever and Adams mentioned this one as one of his favourites of the
recent tours, putting it up w/ the Koln and Karlsruhe gig; as he said in the end!
A damn good sounding "House Arrest" fired up the crowd after a cool
openening "Here I Am" and that was just the beginning of a night to
remember! Jessica from Bremen was hilariously enthusiastic
and a really big BIG Adams fan, offering Adams & the band a free haircut,
as she owned a hairsaloon in Bremen... "So this mean's the audience too"
Adams said laughing and she yelled "no no too much, but I'll do anything
you want me to for you" - - which left Adams with a BAD grinning look all
over his face w/ the crowd going nuts w/ whoo whooos.. yep the heat was on!! The
B-stage was so enjoyable w/ lots of really hot dancing girls all over the mini
stage. Nothing more more to be said; it was a fantastic
evening!! Great BA is back w/ full band, because
simply you get more raw/heavy sounding music, and let's face it.. Adams is a guitar-rock
musicans, so why not 2 guitars instead of one; and keyboards is a great add to
the whole mix!! I can't wait for the May 2003 gigs
in Bremen and Dortmund!!! Setlist:
